The judicial resolution declares abusive the embargo made by the bank on a current account of a client whose balance remained improperly withheld since 2016. The court has considered and accredited that the performance of Banco Santander was extralimited and violated the right of duty of required diligence, causing prolonged economic damage and significant personal damage to the affected party.

Thanks to the intervention of the firm, the justice has recognized not only the patrimonial damage suffered but also the damages and moral damages, which must be compensated in favor of the client.
